REAR EXTENSION & GARAGE REBUILD – MAYALS, SWANSEA
This property is set within a small street in the Mayals area, with a mix of older style houses and 1970’s houses with some unusual roof designs. The house we were looking at has a dual pitched gable roof (two-storey at the front, single storey at the rear) with an existing full-length rear dormer, and a garage which is attached to the adjacent property with a similar roof design, however without the dormer, just solar panels instead!

Margam Youth and Football Club are a Not-for-Profit organisation located in their Club Building (named after Ray Davies) in land between the A48 and the A4241 Harbour Way, on Groeswen Playing Fields which they look after on behalf of Neath Port Talbot Council

This is a renovation project in which we will be looking at a re-organisation of the main part of the solid stone cottage, with a two-storey extension to the side of the property.

The terraced property has an existing extension which was built some time ago, however this structure is cold, and the foundations capacity are unknown.
