Pebble Engineering is built around a team of consulting engineers with over 100 years extensive experience within multi-disciplined design organisations, undertaking projects throughout many sectors within the construction industry. Our project experience ranges from small building schemes for local clients to multi-million pound construction developments in excess of £100m for large companies and public bodies.
We at Pebble Engineering are keen to build upon our many years of design experience to provide innovative, cost effective, environmentally friendly and sustainable design solutions. We aim to continue to use our high level of technical knowledge to provide a professional service with tailored solutions to all our clients’ needs.

Kevin H Jones – Town Planning Consultant
Kevin is a fully qualified Chartered Town Planner with over 28 years of experience in Local Government Planning and Development Control. Since 2014, he has brought that knowledge to the private sector via his private Consultancy Practice, helping clients with all sorts of Planning issues.
Kevin’s Consultancy Practice is based in Port Talbot from where he covers the whole of South Wales and up into the English border Counties of Shropshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire. Kevin regularly helps clients with sites in the Neath Port Talbot, Swansea, Cardiff, Powys and Bridgend Local Authority Areas where his in-depth knowledge (and experience at a senior level) of the Welsh planning system can be particularly beneficial to help gain planning approvals.
Kevin is experienced in acting as agent in planning applications, negotiating planning obligations, taking part in Planning Committee public speaking processes, promoting development through the pre-application planning process or acting on behalf of clients to resist development proposals as well as planning enforcement matters. Kevin’s work has also covered numerous planning appeals by Written Representations, Hearing and Public Inquiry.
