SINGLE STOREY EXTENSION – SKETTY
This Bungalow sits close to the top of the hill overlooking the sweeping views of Swansea Bay and Mumbles. The property is located within an area of several housing estates, it sits on a raised plot with a large front garden and smaller rear garden area, bordered by an adjacent neighbour’s garage.
NEW PORCH DESIGN – SOUTHGATE, SWANSEA
The Client had an older Dormer Bungalow with the original pantile roof intact. They required a front porch which was somewhat larger than is permitted under the rules of Lawful Development, and so a design and drawings were required to make the application.
BUNGALOW EXTENSION WITH BALCONY – SKETTY
Wanting to replace the Conservatory with a solid but light-filled Extension, the Client required additional living area and to combine this with the Kitchen area to create a more impressive layout with a vaulted roof which would improve the comfort and provide flexibility to adapt the area to different arrangements. They also wished to retain the balcony and create some garden storage in the structure below.
